Seated Fitness Class
TUESDAYS, 12:30 – 1:30 pm. For Members
May 6th to June 17th
Don’t be fooled by a seated fitness class–it is a great workout and will help overall body fitness! (standing exercises for balance are included in the workout).
- Stretching and strengthening exercises (including hand weights)
- Improve coordination
- Improve flexibility and mobility
- Core strengthening exercises
- Standing exercises to improve balance
- Toning arms and legs and waist
- Wear comfortable clothing and good shoes, bring your own water
$35/7 weeks. Registration will be taken until 1 week before classes begin. Please register by email or in person by April 30th. You must also be a member of the Centre. (you may fill out the membership form at the Centre and pay your fees at the same time or you can print the membership form from this website and bring it with you when you pay the fees. Cash or cheque.)
