Membership is available to eligible individuals age 55+ who are independent, both mentally and physically and reside within the City of Toronto.
How to Apply for Membership
To obtain a new membership, you can drop into the Centre and fill out our membership form or you can download the form here. Payment is due at the time that you complete your membership form. Fees can be paid by cash or cheque.
The annual membership fee is $30.00 per year.
