Balance, Strength & Stretch Class

Wednesdays: 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm. (6 weeks/ $35).

New classes begin on April 24th. Register by email or by phone by April 17th.  ([email protected])

This class focuses on standing & sitting exercises to:

  • improve ankle & hip strength to help with balance
  • improve core strength
  • improve posture
  • build upper & lower body strength with hand weights and bands
  • improve cardiovascular health with low impact aerobic exercises
  • an active class, not for individuals who need to remain seated for an entire fitness class
  • This is an excellent workout! and a popular class with our members!

Payment for this class will be taken before the first class or in advance. You may pay for this class when you are attending another activity that you have registered for. If you are new to the Centre, arrive about 15 minutes ahead of the first class to fill our the membership form and pay the fees for the class. Please wear comfortable clothing, good footwear and bring your own water.  Classes run every 6 weeks in the year for Members.
