Strength and Stretch Exercise Class

Wednesdays: 12:30 am – 1:30 pm

Start of next session: July 6th – August 3rd  (excluding July 13th)

Next: August 10th- August 31st (4 week blocks)

This Active class focuses on Heart Health.  It consists of:

  • Cardio exercises
  • strengthening exercises to increase your heart rate
  • hand-held weights and soft balls
  • some dancing style exercises
  • mostly standing exercises
  • a good workout!
  • an active class, not for individuals who need to remain seated for an entire fitness class

Payment for this class ($20/4 weeks) will be taken before and after the class, 12noon – 2:00 pm

Physical distancing in effect. Please bring your own water.
