This class focuses on standing & sitting exercises to:
- improve ankle & hip strength to help with balance
- improve core strength
- improve posture
- build upper & lower body strength with hand weights and bands
- improve cardiovascular health with low impact aerobic exercises
- an active class, not for individuals who need to remain seated for an entire fitness class
- This is an excellent workout! and a popular class with our members!
Payment for this class will be taken before and after the class, 12 noon – 2:00 pm. or in advance. Cash or cheque only. Physical distancing in effect. Please bring your own water.
