Balance, Strength & Stretch Fitness Class
Wednesdays: 12:30 – 1:30 pm
April 9th to May 14th. (next set of classes begins on May 21st)
- improve ankle & hip strength to help with balance
- improve core strength & posture
- head to toe stretching exercises
- build upper & lower body strength with hand weights
- improve cardiovascular health with low impact aerobic exercises to good music!
- an Active class, not for individuals who need to remain seated for an entire fitness class
- This is an excellent workout! and a popular class with our members!
- Please wear comfortable clothing, proper shoes and bring your own water.
Payment for this class will be taken at the first class or in advance of the start date. $35/6weeks. You must already be a member of the Centre prior to any fitness class. Registration is required one week ahead of these classes for all members. Email registration is: [email protected] or in person when at the Centre. This class runs every 6 weeks.
