Community Lunch Bunch

November 28th: 12 noon to 2:00 pm

Here is an opportunity to meet your fellow members and neighbours from the community.  Enjoy a hot lunch and then listen to an educational presentation after lunch. Each month the topic is different.

This month features a presentation: “Life is not about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.”  The presentation will cover characterization of anxiety and depression, wellness techniques, coping strategies, personal testimony, and a question and answer period. Sometimes, people can feel a little down with winter coming, being indoors more, being more isolated, and with the holidays coming so this is a positive presentation for the season.  Everyone welcome.

Lunch: Lasagna, rolls, dessert.

Tickets for the lunch must be purchased before November 25th in the front office.  $6.00 per person.
