Low Impact Aerobics; Improve Joint Mobility and your Balance while moving to fun music! This class also incorporates resistance bands and balls for strengthening of muscles and helping to increase mobility in arms, lets and trunk. A good workout for everyone and all levels!
The class is mostly done sitting in a chair but you can stand to do some of the strengthening and mobility exercises if you wish.
Fee: $20 for 4 classes/weekly. ongoing. Monthly blocks of classes. Membership required.
