This new class focuses on Heart Health. It consists of:
- low impact cardio
- strengthening exercises to increase your heart rate
- hand-held weights and soft balls
- some dancing style exercises
- mostly standing exercises
- a good workout!
$38.00 to attend. Please register before the first class. Membership required.
