Low Impact Aerobics; Improve Joint Mobility and your Balance while moving to fun music! This class also incorporates resistance bands and balls for strengthening of muscles and helping to increase mobility in arms, lets and trunk. A good workout for everyone.
The class is mostly done sitting in a chair but you can stand to do some of the strengthening and mobility exercises if you wish.
Fee: $36 for 6 classes. Membership required.
Please register and pay with the front office before the first class.
