New Class: Qi Gong

Trial class for Members on: Tuesday, January 31st from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. Please register by email or by phone in advance.

“Qi” means ENERGY, “Gong” means SKILL. This 4000 year old practice is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Doing Flowing Movements, Gentle Stretches, and Breathing Exercises. It is done standing but you may also do the exercises seated. It is suitable for all levels of abilities.
