Tuesday & Thursday, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
This class focuses on Heart Health. It consists of:
- low impact cardio
- strengthening exercises to increase your heart rate
- hand-held weights and soft balls
- some dancing style exercises
- mostly standing exercises
- a good workout!
$38.00 for 6 classes or $70 for 12 classes. You have a choice to register for once a week or twice a week classes. Membership required. Pre-registration and payment is required before the first class.
