Tuesday & Thursday, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Start Date: October 6th and 8th; October 6th- October 29th
This class focuses on Heart Health. It consists of:
- low impact cardio
- strengthening exercises to increase your heart rate
- hand-held weights and soft balls
- some dancing style exercises
- mostly standing exercises
- a good workout!
$26.00 for 4 classes or $50 for 8 classes. You have a choice to register for once a week or twice a week classes; by attending either Tuesday OR Thursday or attend both days every week. Membership required. Pre-registration and payment is required. You must register in advance for this class so that your name is on the participant list before the start of classes as the class size is limited to maintain physical distancing. Payment can be mailed to the Centre or provided before the first class.
