Seated Yoga

Tuesdays,  1:15 pm – 2:15 pm

Start Date: October 6th – October 27th

New Gentle Hatha Yoga instructor with exercises that focus on functional mobility, coordination and enhancing lymphatic flow. Breathing and meditation exercises are part of this class as well.  Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of exercise, either sitting in a chair, or standing, using the chair for support. There will be a meditation exercise to start and end the class.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.

$20.00 for 4 classes. Membership required. Pre-registration and payment required.  Please register in advance for this program so that your name is on the participant list. The class size is limited to maintain physical distancing. Payment can be mailed to the Centre or provided before the first class.

*There is an option to have this class twice a week if members are interested. To be determined after the first class. (Fees would then change for having the class Tuesdays & Thursdays).
