For: Balance & Falls Prevention
Participants follow gentle exercises done to music, each person doing the exercises according to their own abilities. Exercises are done in chairs but you may stand if you wish. Exercises are directed to the needs of a person with Parkinson’s or with mobility concerns and include:
Postural awareness, Balance, Flexibility and Ease/range of motion. Repetition is important for improvement and building confidence. It is a gentle program that is beneficial to anyone wanting to feel better and move better.
Please register with payment in the front office. $38.00 for 6 weeks.
