Seated Yoga

WEDNESDAYS,  12 noon – 1:00 pm

March 4th – April 8th

Gentle Yoga exercises can focus on functional mobility, coordination and enhancing lymphatic flow. Breathing and meditation exercises are part of this class as well.  Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of exercise, either sitting in a chair, or standing, using the chair for support.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.

$36.00.   Membership Required.  Please register with payment before March 4th or call to add your name to the class list so that we know that you will attend. Payment due at the first class.
